Kathy Humm: is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience. She founded NTP HR (Notice to Proceed with HR Solutions) in 2022 to help elevate human resources in the construction space.
Kathy has spent nine years in the construction space and understands what it takes to move the needle from transactional to strategic HR. She works together with company leaders to elevate their people, benefits, and culture.
