Penza Bailey Architects is seeking several leadership positions, including licensed Project Architect and Project Manager. Applicants must be design-oriented, talented and motivated, with a strong expertise/interest in detailing diverse project types for private and public clients, including commercial, institutional and residential.

An ideal Candidate will have excellent leadership and communication abilities and highly proficient with Revit. She/he will have a positive Client-centered teamwork attitude, and the ability to critically think and problem solve to complete tasks efficiently with attention to detail, especially in the preparation of effective and concise documents.

Applicants must have an architectural degree from an accredited institution, and a minimum 5 years of experience for Project Architect or minimum 7 years of experience for Project Manager. Unlimited opportunities for growth are available.
