Job Description
STRUCTURAL REHABILITATION GROUP, LLC, a full-service consulting structural engineering firm in the MD/Baltimore/DC area, currently has an opening for an experienced Project Engineer. Responsibilities include performing investigations, assisting with the preparation of repair design documents, conducting construction observation visits and providing construction administration services. Projects include repair of various structural and building envelope systems including exterior facades, balconies, plazas, parking garages, roofing/waterproofing, etc. for commercial and residential facilities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineering professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail to perform analysis/design, investigation, evaluation and diagnostic testing of existing building structures, exterior envelopes and building components/systems. A Bachelors’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, and/or Architectural Engineering a must. Registered P.E. preferred or Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification and 3+ years of experience in design and evaluation of buildings, waterproofing systems and enclosures.
