Job Description

Are you a Project Manager looking for a change of scenery within the world of general contracting construction?  Looking to make the next move in your career? Tired of being a number in a large sea of peers all clamoring for a few top management spots?

 

Plano-Coudon is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Small Project Division in the Baltimore office.  

 

In this role you will have an opportunity to be the captain of multiple projects while providing great customer experience.  Directly supervising Project Foreman and supported by a team of Project coordinators, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out on multiple small projects ranging from $100,000 to $1 million, averaging $5 to 7 million projects per year.  Typical project duration of a project is 6-weeks.

 

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry and Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management/Building Construction or equivalent construction field experience.

 

The ideal candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneur approach to managing their own projects and by a constant changing environment of different projects and clients throughout the year.
