About the Speakers
Melissa Hawkins of Dustin Construction: Melissa holds a master’s degree in human resource development, SHRM CP, and PHR certificates. She has worked at Dustin Construction for 10 years and is their HR Director. In her role, she manages and leads all human resources functions, including employee relations, benefit programs, diversity initiatives, training, development, and compliance.
Ana Liesch of Harkins Builders: Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and SHRM- CP certificate. She has worked at Harkins Builders, Inc for 3.5 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ana has been recruiting, attracting and retaining top talent for over 10 years.
